I’m a big fan of true Mexican food and this place is always so good!! I had a stuffed avocado, my bff had the tacos, and my friend had stuffed sopapilla.. we shared a large guacamole and a large queso with chips, our waitress was really great!! She kept our glasses refilled, and was so attentive to our meal!! And of course, we had to have the Sopapillas for desert with honey, and they were also very good! The place was really clean, great atmosphere with only a few ppl there.. We all had a great meal and enjoyed our time there!! I will definitely go back!!
The food and service here is excellent. The taste and quality of the food is wonderful. We had decided to try the restaurant during a trip to Amarillo for a VA appointment. We loved it so much, that we made it a point to plan to eat there again after another trip to the VA. The second trip did not disappoint. The prices are reasonable and the portions are perfect. Definitely will be eating there again.
TEX-MEX. Food was decent for being tex-mex. You really can’t compare it to Mexican food because it’s 2 different styles. But it was ok. The waiters and bartender are nice, everyone said hello, checked on you and said good byes. Very welcoming. I can see my self stopping by again when I’m in town.
We had a large party and our server did a good job in splitting the check properly as well as checking on our table often. The food was great. Our server did hype up the smothered burrito to being "Huge" but it was fairly small compared to other places that I've been to.
Sometimes traditional cannot be improved. If you love traditional TexMex, this is the place to come. I'm new in town and have tried a number of different Mexican restaurants. This is the best, hands down, at least based on the chili rellenos I devoured. Also, chips were hot and salsa was great.
My husband and I go there quite often. Their food is always hot. I love their combination nachos. Very pleasant, very reasonable. Have not yet been disappointed very good
